Half of what the terms relied on didn't exist
In August 2026 we built a tool to read one SaaS company's published legal documents as a set. The terms referenced or required 18 documents. 9 weren't on the live site.
Read one at a time, every page looked fine. The gaps only showed up in the set as a whole, where a clause points to a policy that nobody ever wrote.

Quoted, not asserted
A conflict comes with at least two quoted clauses. A missing document comes with the scope of the search. You check a finding in seconds instead of taking it on trust.

Honest about what it missed
If a page won't render or parse, the report marks it unread and holds back the findings that depended on it. When too little was read, no score is published.

Public pages only
Paradraw reads what anyone can read, and nothing behind a login. Documents you upload stay private to your account. They never appear in the directory or the sitemap.

Named? Put your reply on the record
Every public page has a route for the company to reply. Paradraw publishes the reply unedited.

Observations, never verdicts
Findings report what the documents say. A build-time check flags any wording that starts to read as a conclusion. Public scores use deterministic findings only.

A named yardstick
How much a finding matters depends on the jurisdiction and the buyer. Every report names its profile, 'EU B2B SaaS', version 2026.08, so you know the basis it was read against.

Up Strategy Lab AB (org. nr 559172-7218), a product strategy and design studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, builds and runs Paradraw. Paradraw isn't a separate company yet. This page will say so until it is.
You can see how each finding was made. Three of the five passes are deterministic. The two judgement passes run on Anthropic Claude. On public pages DeepSeek corroborates them; documents you upload never go to it. And TypeSafe's Jev classifies clause topics. Without a model key, the deterministic passes still run and the report says so.
