·This Order Form Supplement ("Order Form Supplement") for the Services branded as ClickSoftware Field Service Edge, or successor branding (the "Click FSE Services" as further defined below) is part of the order form by which Customer ordered the Click FSE Services (the "Order Form"). The Order Form and this Order Form Supplement are governed by the Main Services Agreement (formerly known as the Master Subscription Agreement) and applicable amendments or addenda thereto (the "MSA") between Customer and Salesforce, Inc. or one of its Affiliates ("SFDC"). This Order Form Supplement adjusts certain terms of the MSA solely with respect to the Click FSE Services. This Order Form Supplement applies solely with respect to the Click FSE Services as further defined below. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the terms of the MSA shall apply to the Click FSE Services. This Order Form Supplement is not applicable to any ClickSoftware on premise products.

11. Definitions.

·Capitalized terms used in this Order Form Supplement have the meanings given to them below, or if not below then the meanings given to them in the applicable Order Form and/or the MSA.

·"Click FSE Services" means the products and services that are ordered by Customer under an Order Form and made available online by SFDC branded as Click Field Service Edge or successor branding, including associated SFDC offline or mobile components, as described in the Click Documentation. "Click FSE Services" exclude Content and Non-SFDC Applications. All references to "Services" in the MSA are deemed to mean "Click FSE Services" for purposes of this Order Form Supplement, except as otherwise provided herein or in the MSA. If Customer has entered into an addendum for "Addendum Services", the Click FSE Services shall constitute an Addendum Service except as provided herein.

·Click Documentation. For purposes of this Order Form Supplement, "Click Documentation" shall mean the ClickSoftware Field Service Edge Documentation, as updated from time to time, a current version of which is available at: www.salesforce.com/company/legal/clicksoftware/.

22. SFDC Responsibilities

·Support, Product Life Cycle Policy and Service Level Agreement. Customer's use of the Click FSE Services is subject to the ClickSoftware Guide to Customer Support, Product Life Cycle Policy and Service Level Agreement at: www.clicksoftware.com/service-support-guide, and any support, service levels or uptime commitments set forth in the MSA shall not apply to the Click FSE Services.

·Infrastructure, Information Security Program and Privacy Policy. The infrastructure used by SFDC to host Customer Data submitted to the Click FSE Services is provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (or such other infrastructure provider as identified in the Click Documentation) and involves different privacy and security protections for Customer Data, and may be hosted in different physical locations than other Services. Any privacy, security, data processing or physical data location commitments in Customer's applicable MSA for the Services shall not apply to the Click FSE Services. Customer's use of the Click FSE Services is subject to the ClickSoftware Information Security Program and the ClickSoftware Cloud Service Privacy Policy at: www.salesforce.com/company/legal/clicksoftware/. The terms of the ClickSoftware Client General Data Protection Regulation Addendum at: www.salesforce.com/company/legal/clicksoftware/ ("ClickSoftware DPA") are hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply to the extent Customer Data includes Personal Data, as defined in the ClickSoftware DPA. To the extent Personal Data from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland are processed by SFDC, the terms of the Amendment to ClickSoftware Client General Data Protection Regulation Addendum ("SCC Amendment"), available at:

For the purposes of the SCC Amendment, Customer is the data exporter and Customer's execution of this Order Form shall be treated as its execution of the Standard Contractual Clauses and Appendices.

33. Representations, Warranties, Exclusive Remedies, and Disclaimers

·SFDC Warranties. The sub-section of the MSA entitled "SFDC Warranties" is replaced with respect to Click FSE Services in its entirety as follows (the remainder of the Section Representations, Warranties, Exclusive Remedies and Disclaimers remains in full force and effect): SFDC warrants that during an applicable subscription term (a) this Order Form Supplement, the Order Forms and the Click Documentation will accurately describe the applicable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data, (b) SFDC will not materially decrease the overall security of the Click FSE Services, and (c) the Click FSE Services will perform materially in accordance with the applicable Click Documentation. For any breach of a warranty above, Customer's exclusive remedies are those described in the "Termination" and "Refund or Payment Upon Termination" sections of the MSA, and no other warranties contained within the MSA shall apply to SFDC's provision of the Click FSE Services.

·High Risk Activities. In addition to any warranty disclaimers set forth in the MSA, Customer acknowledges and agrees that any text messaging or other communication tools included within the Click FSE Services must not be relied upon as a communication channel in a life-threatening or emergency event. The Click FSE Services are not designed or intended for use in high risk activities or hazardous environments that require fail-safe performance where failure of the Click FSE Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental or property damage. SFDC specifically disclaims any express or implied warranty of the Click FSE Service's suitability for these types of activities.

44. General Provisions

·Non-SFDC Applications. The Click FSE Services include functionality that allows interoperation with Non-SFDC Applications, which are subject to additional third party terms at: www.salesforce.com/company/legal/clicksoftware/.

·Renewal. Notwithstanding anything in the MSA to the contrary, Customer's subscription to the Click FSE Services expires at the end of the applicable subscription term and shall not be automatically renewed.
