·Designated Point of Contact

·Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, the following alias has been designated as Intercom's single point of contact for communications with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and recipients of the Intercom Service.

·Report workspace content

·Workspace members in the European Union and other countries are able to report prohibited or illegal content directly from within their workspace.

·Intercom is committed to addressing concerns promptly and ensuring that all content adheres to our terms and policies.

·We will assess reported content and take action, including removal, if it violates our terms and policies or applicable laws.

·Transparency reports
