·These AI Terms supplement the Agreement between n8n and Customer and govern the use of AI Features by Customer. In case of conflict between these AI Terms and the Agreement, these AI Terms prevails with respect to AI Features.

1AI Features

·AI Features

1.1"AI Features" designate n8n's generative AI functionality integrated into the n8n Cloud Services or Software, as provided in the Documentation. The core n8n workflow automation platform is not generated by AI. "Output" designates data generated by n8n based on Customer input to the n8n AI Features.

1.2When using "bring your own LLM" AI Features, Customer controls which third-party AI models to connect to our Services. n8n provides the workflow platform and Customer configures LLM providers using Customer's own API credentials.

1.3n8n will not (a) use Customer Content or Output to train any ML models, (b) retain Customer Content beyond the time required for AI Feature processing and delivery of Output to Customer, or (c) share Customer Content with third parties except as necessary to deliver AI Features at Customer's direction.

1.4n8n may collect and internally use Usage Data and Customer prompts to improve AI Services, provided such Usage Data and prompts remain in an aggregated and de-identified form.

1.5When Customer configures AI Features to use third-party LLM services, Customer Data may be transmitted to such providers pursuant to Customer's configuration. Customer is responsible for reviewing and accepting such third-party providers' terms and data handling practices.

2Ownership and LicensingTo the extent permitted by applicable law, as between n8n and Customer, Customer owns all Output generated through Customer's use of AI Features. Customer grants n8n a limited license to process Output solely to the extent necessary to (i) deliver, maintain and improve AI Features, (ii) generate Output and, (iii) fulfill n8n's obligations under the Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for all Output, including ensuring that it does not violate this Agreement, while using the Services.

Customer shall be responsible for all Output, including ensuring that it does not violate this Agreement, while using the Services.

3Limited Warranties

3.1n8n warrants that AI Features will perform materially in accordance with n8n's Documentation. Except as set forth in this Section 4.1 and the Agreement, n8n provides AI Features "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3.2Customer acknowledges that AI Features use probabilistic models and Output may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inconsistencies. Customer is solely responsible for validating Output accuracy, completeness, and fitness for Customer's intended purposes before relying on or deploying Output in production environments.

4Prohibited UsesCustomer will not use AI Features for high-risk purposes where errors could result in death, serious physical injury, or significant legal liability. Customer will use AI Features in compliance with applicable laws, including AI-specific regulations.
