·The Offer

·This Claude promotional credit offer ("Offer") provides you with promotional usage credit ("Credit" or "Promotional Credit") in the amount specified in the offer, redeemable toward Usage Credit on your Claude subscription, when you complete the qualifying action described in the offer (the "Qualifying Action"). Offer may be further limited to specific products, features, or seats as stated in the offer.

·The Anthropic Consumer Terms of Service (for Pro and Max subscribers), the Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service (for Team and Enterprise subscribers), or other applicable written agreement apply to your use of Claude and any Credit earned under this Offer. The Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled. By participating in this Offer, you also agree to the Usage Credit Terms and/or the Supplemental Credit Terms where applicable, and you authorize Anthropic to enable Usage Credit on your account if it is not already enabled.

·Earning & Eligibility

·This Offer is available only to subscribers with an active paid plan in good standing, unless otherwise specified. Anthropic may apply additional eligibility requirements. Limit one Offer per account unless otherwise stated; referred persons may not be existing or prior paid subscribers.

·Credit is earned only when the Qualifying Action is completed in full, as determined by Anthropic. Qualifying Actions may include, for example, completing an onboarding flow, enabling a product feature, or referring another person who subscribes to a paid Claude plan. Where a referral is involved, Credit is earned when the referred person becomes a paid subscriber - not when they begin a free trial.

·Using Credit

·Credit applies only toward Usage Credit charges on your Claude subscription - not subscription fees, seat charges, or taxes. Credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and will be applied automatically before your payment method is charged. Credit will be issued in the currency of your billing account. Where the offer is denominated in a different currency, Anthropic will convert the amount at a rate it determines and may round to a convenient value.

·Expiration, Forfeiture & Changes

·Credit expires on the date stated in the offer, or 90 days after issuance if no date is stated. Unless otherwise stated, Credit is forfeited if you cancel your subscription or seat, downgrade to a free plan, or if your account or user is suspended or terminated. Forfeited Credit will not be reinstated.

·Anthropic may modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice, and may revoke Credit or disqualify participants where it determines there has been fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Anthropic's determination of eligibility, completion, and Credit amounts is final.

·These Supplemental Credits Terms ("Credit Terms") form part of the agreement you or the organization, company, or other entity that you represent ("Customer") have with Anthropic that links to or otherwise references these Credit Terms ("Agreement"). Any capitalized terms not defined in these Credit Terms will have the definitions stated in the Agreement.

AA. Types of Credits

• 1Usage Credits. Unless otherwise agreed to between Customer and Anthropic, Anthropic may require Customer to prepay for certain Services by purchasing credits sufficient to cover Customer's usage according to Model Pricing Page, as may be updated from time to time ("Usage Credits"). Customer's order for Usage Credits constitutes an offer by Customer to purchase those Usage Credits. Anthropic will notify Customer if it accepts Customer's offer (the "Confirmation Notice"). These Credit Terms will become effective when Anthropic sends the Confirmation Notice.
• 2Promotional Credits. Anthropic may, in its sole discretion, offer Customer free credits as part of a promotion or during sign up for the Services ("Promotional Credits").

BB. Terms

• 1Non-Refundable. Credits issued by Anthropic, which includes Usage Credits, Promotional Credits and any other credits Anthropic offers ("Credits") are non-refundable. Usage Credits expire one calendar year from the date Anthropic sends the Confirmation Notice or otherwise issues the Credits. Promotional Credits expire at the time indicated when issued (or otherwise one calendar year from when issued if no time is specified). Credits will also automatically expire if Customer closes its Anthropic account and cannot be recovered. Credits are not legal tender or currency of any kind and have no cash value. Customer can check the number of Credits associated with Customer's Anthropic account on the Plans & Billing Page.
• 2No Transfer. Customer may not transfer or sell Credits, whether paid for or provided as part of a promotion, to any other person or entity, and Credits may only be used by the holder of the Anthropic account to which the Credits are associated.
• 3Balance Maintenance Service. Customer may have the option to automatically reload Credits by a certain amount ("Balance Maintenance Service") when Customer reaches a certain level, which may be set by Customer on the Plans & Billing Page of Customer's Anthropic account. If Customer activates the Balance Maintenance Service, Customer authorizes Anthropic to charge the payment method designated in Customer's account on a recurring basis for the applicable fees and taxes for the amount of Credits added to Customer's Anthropic account as part of the Balance Maintenance Service, until Customer opts out of the Balance Maintenance Service. All Credits added to Customer's Anthropic account as part of the Balance Maintenance Service will be charged on or around the day on which the Credits are added to Customer's Anthropic account.
