·1PASSWORD PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

·Customer's use of 1Password SaaS Manager ("1Password SaaS Manager") Service is subject to these Product-Specific Terms and the governing agreement between Customer and 1Password referencing these terms (the "Agreement"). 1 Terms not expressly defined herein have the meaning given in the Agreement.

·1Password SaaS Manager

  • 1Updated Definitions. When Customer uses 1Password SaaS Manager, the following definitions are added to the Agreement:
  • 2Customer Device means any electronic device that processes data and communicates with the Platform, including browsers, personal computers, mobile and tablet devices, and servers, or other devices or terminal equipment supported by the Services.
  • 3Authorized User any individual associated with the Customer who registers for an account and is granted access to use 1Password Device Trust. This includes employees, agents, contractors, or other personnel authorized by the Customer to access and utilize 1Password Device Trust on behalf of the Customer.
  • 4Integration Technology means software applications and API's that allow for the integrating and enabling of communications between Customer Devices with the Services.
  • 5Managed Identity means non-service account identities listed with an 'active' status in the Customer's primary identity provider (IdP) as integrated with the Services.
  • 6Non-1Password SaaS Manager Content and API Services. The Services may contain links to and content from third party websites, applications and services, and content actively made available by a third party using the Services itself ("Non-1Password SaaS Manager Content"). The Services may also contain the ability for the Customer to access, utilise or make changes to the Services from a third-party system or to a third-party system from the Service, made available by a third party through an API ("API Services"). API Services exclude any part of the Services that facilitates the connection to an API. The Customer agrees that:
  • 7Non-1Password SaaS Manager Content is provided solely as a convenience on an 'as is, where is' basis;

·1 1Password reserves the right to update or change any portion of these Product-Specific Terms at any time. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of changes to these Product-Specific Terms that materially adversely affect your use of the Services or your rights under these Product-Specific Terms by sending an email to the primary email address in our records or by similar means. However, 1Password may make changes that materially adversely affect your use of the Services or your rights under these Product-Specific Terms at any time and with immediate effect (i) for legal, regulatory, fraud and abuse prevention, or security reasons; or (ii) to restrict products or activities that we deem unsafe, inappropriate, or offensive. Unless we indicate otherwise in our notice (if applicable), any changes to these Product-Specific Terms will be effective immediately upon posting of such updated terms in 1Password's legal center. Your continued access to or use of the Services after we provide such notice, if applicable, or after we post such updated terms, constitutes your acceptance of the changes and consent to be bound by these Product-Specific Terms as amended. If you do not agree to the amended Product-Specific Terms, you must stop accessing and using the Services.

  • 1the Customer's use of Non-1Password SaaS Manager Content will be subject to any terms applicable to such non-1Password SaaS Manager Content;
  • 21Password has no responsibility for the content or availability of any Non1Password SaaS Manager Content or API Services and 1Password does not review, test or attempt to verify the accuracy or currency of any Non1Password SaaS Manager Content or any API Services;
  • 31Password does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness or any Non-1Password SaaS Manager Content or the accuracy, reliability, timeliness or other attributes of Non-1Password SaaS Manager Content or any API Services; and
  • 4the Customer's use of any API Service will be subject to any applicable API Provider Terms and the Customer having in place appropriate rights to access such API Service in accordance with those terms and where required by the applicable API Service, the Customer granting any applicable permissions necessary for the operation of the Service.
  • 5In respect of API Services, the Customer represents, warrants and undertakes to 1Password that:
  • 6it will, at all times, comply with (and shall procure the compliance of its Authorised Users with) API Provider Terms; and
  • 7its (and any Authorised Users') use of any API through or in connection with the Services shall not place 1Password or any of 1Password's suppliers in breach of any API Provider Terms. Last updated: January 13, 2025
